A: Unfortunately we can't provide our products information on our website now, instead, you can find products you want on www.biomax.us and then email us about the products you're interested. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Q: How can I quote an order?

A: You can email us at info@bio-fantasy.com.au about the products you interested. We'll reply in 24 hours about your  inquiry.

Q: Can I order products from US Biomax?

A: No. We're under an agreement to act as a distributor of US biomax in Australia and New Zealand. US biomax will not give you a quote and they'll pass the order to Bio.Fantasy instead.

Q: How long is that going to take me to get my ordered TMAs after the order is placed?

A: Usually it'll take 5~7 business days, if any delays, we'll contact you in the first place.

Q: What should I do in order to make an order?

A: First of all, you need to find out the products you interested at www.biomax.us and then email us at info@bio-fantasy.com.au, and then we'll send you a quote. If you agreed the price and other conditions, we'll contact you and then place the order for you. You'll get your products in 5~7 days with an invoice which needs to be settled in 30 days. You also need to provide us an AQIS document so that we can mail your products without any Customs Clearance problems.

Q: What should I do if I find out my products are defected or not usable?

A: You need to contact us at techsrv@bio-fantasy.com.au first and explain the problems you are facing, we'll try our best to help you as soon as possible.
